Default Power steering questions 8/24/ 2015

I'm trying to change the pressure line and cannot get to the nut. Do I need to remove the pully ? I did remove the bottom nut under the car from the rack and now a lot of power steering fluid is leaking NOT from the removed line plug but from a little higher but close to where I removed the line. Since theirs no pressure in the line now and leaking steady from this area could this mean that this area is where my fluid loss is occurring while I'm driving ?

Yes. Unless you have tiny little squirrel hands and toy wrenches.

I'm not sure what you are talking about for your leak. Probably need a picture.

You're going to need to remove the pulley. One trick I've found, when using a pulley remover tool is to keep the serpentine belt on initially to help hold the pulley in place while turning the remover. Once the pulley starts moving on the shaft, then you can remove the belt.
