Ls1 loud tick (Video Included)

Ls1 loud tick (Video Included) I have developed the most annoying tick in my 99 camaro. It is definitely coming from the driver's side, and is loudest underneath the car. You can still hear it up top, but nowhere near as loud. It only seems to do it after it's warmed up a bit. The car has longtubes and duals. Also has no EGR and AIR
Parts I've recently thrown at it:
ls7 lifters
summit trunion upgrade
new oil pump
Pickup tube girdle
new valvesprings/seals
Any help/insight is much appreciated, I am so sick of the noise

No exhaust leaks, it seems loudest right before the collector, just north of the oil filter. And if I use a screwdriver, I can hear it on every primary on the side and through the valve cover. But It's quiet as a mouse up top without that

That's a tough one...I'm not a guesser and Wouldnt feel right saying more from just the video. I would suggest finding a knowledgeable and reputable mechanic just in case u have an internal issue that good go from being a small issue to a major problem if you drive it To much.
