After a few minutes of driving the 1998 Formula, when I gas it it will seem to just bog down. I can floor it and the speed won't go up and the rpm will stay the same. I replaced the spark plugs and fuel filter because of this but it's obviously neither of that now. I wish I could explain the situation better but not sure how to. Any ideas? Thanks!

Are you talking about a Toyota Prius, here??? (I can' think of any electronic brain on a F-body that would just shut the whole thing down and flat-line it.)

If not, does the car pick up after a few seconds of holding the pedal down?

Possibly clogged cats? Before it won't rev or accelerate does it still feel weak? Does it sound like there's a large load on the engine?
