starter turning engine over on it on WTH
About 20-25 min. after I got back from the exhaust shop my car out of nowhere stated turning over. I disconnected the battery as fast as I could to turn it off. The keys were not in it and the switch was not in the on position.
The ignition switch is about 2 years old, the wires look fine that I can see.
Ok make it twice now I was letting the car run and I noticed an odd sound and smoke comeing from the starter I turned to key off and the starter is still spinning the motor. So I disconnected the battery pulled the starter and had it tested and it passed. I reinstalled it and all seems to be fine but I am sure the problem didn't just go away

Yeah man take a look at the wires. I once heard a worker at the muffler shop my car was at say that one of the workers there accidentally severed a gas line with his welder and set the bottom of the car on fire!
