97-02 Daytime running lights
I have a 94, so I don't have the daytime running lights. But I LOVE the way it looks. I always turn my parking lights on because the car looks extremely clean with those yellow lights on.
My problem is that my parking lights are not as bright as the 97-02 lights. I was wondering if there is a way to wiring it up to were my parking lights come on when I turn the car on and so they are bright.....
Hopefully you all know what I'm talking about...

I know exactly what you mean. I want to make mine brighter, I don't think they are the same as the LS1s, but then again I haven't seen my car coming from a distance.

What I think we mean when we talk about them being "brighter" on the later model daytime running light cars is because of this:
On the 93-96 cars, when you have the parking lights on and then use your turn signal, the lights illuminate to full brightness when the blinker comes on and revert to half brightness when it is off.
On the 97+ doesn't it stay at full brightness and then just turn completely off then back on when you signal? THat would explain why they seem bright, beause, well they are.
