Which wire would I have to splice into at the headlight switch so my gauge light turns on at the same time? Sorry if this is in the wrong forum.

There are 4 wires going into the dimmer switch by the headlight ****: green, gray, brown and black. The wire you need to tap into is the green one. This will allow the aftermarket gauges to turn on/dim/brighten with the factory gauges.
