Default Those with adjustable master and cruise control problems

I have been having intermittent cruise control problems for a couple of months now. I noticed the last time out to the track that it had started working again after adjusting my clutch pedal up a little more. I moved the pedal back down and it stopped working again. I finally got off of my butt and checked the cut off switch. The switch was not making contact with the pedal, even when fully up. The switch is in a threaded assembly held with a plastic nut. I just had to pop the assembly out of the bracket and turn it down a few turns so that it now makes contact with the pedal arm. Thank goodness, I really did not want to have to pay to get this fixed So if any of you are having a problem with your cruise after installing an adj master, this is something to look at. Thanks to Jake99ss for the suggestion of checking the switches

WOW, thanks Mark. Mine messed up a few days ago. I just figured it was a part of the Friday car syndrome I was just too lazy to look at it lately. Thanks

Hmmm, mine stopped working last year sometime, right around the time I installed my adj. m/c. I think I'll go take a look at that this weekend.
