car has new radiator(oem), water pump, and radiator cap(oem). the fans are working properly, and it runs at normal operating temperature, it never overheats. when i shut off the car, i hear a chirping noise coming out the coolant reservoir and its pretty loud,also the reservoir cap smokes and the reservoir shakes.it seems as if the car was overheating but my gauge never goes past normal operating temp. what could be causing this???

Could be your overflow hose is blocked causing the reserviour to suck air past the reserviour filler cap when the radiator cools down. Try taking the cap off and see if it goes away.
