window track problems?

window track problems? I just put in a new passenger side window motor in my camaro and it still stutters and has a hard time going up, not down just up. I think it might be the track but if anyone can help please respond. thanks

Normally if it is just having problems going one way, but the other way it works fine,
the big spring on the window tracks is not in the right possition. I had this happen on the very first window motor I replaced. It went up slow. but down very fast.
