Default Trouble starting after LS6 intake install

My car wont start without pumping the gas pedal while turning it over. I just got done with the ls6 intake manifold install. It pops and seems like its backfiring. Once its running it runs good. What could this be?

I would double check to make sure all vacuum lines are connected and make sure that all the wiring is connected.
