Default Jacking Points For Newbie

Can someone please show me the proper jacking points on the side of the car. I have a 00 TA and I wanna clean the inside of all my rims soon. I dont want to jack it up from the pumpkin or the k member cause i only have a small jack. Where can i jack it from on the sides so I dont break anything? I know where that little notch is for the factory jack, but I bent that all to hell trying to lift it. I also have bmr tubular weld in subframe connector and lca! Pics would be great!
