Default Hard starts?

Ok 02 camaro M6...

When I turn the key the car turns over but it sounds like it's having a problem, and doesn't go as quick ask it use to. Almost gives you the feeling it might not make it, but it does.
It's the orginal battery 60,000 on the clock and the volt meter shows the battery about 13. Is the volt meter crap and am I dealing with a battery that's about to give up the ghost or am I looking at something different??

I would say to try a new battery as well. Just run a test. If it starts alot quicker or alot better than when you had the old battery, there is your problem. You may also want to monitor your alternator after you purchase a new battery, to make sure it is still good and not draining the battery.
