Default Windshield Washer Fluid pump is really loud

I took my washer fluid reservoir out and painted it(wasted time because it got scratched up trying to get it back in) now that I have it back in, my windshield wiper fluid pump is really loud. I'm pretty sure I got it all back together correctly and everything properly lined up. Maybe I never noticed before since the car was always moving when I sprayed it, but it seems way too loud. I know the little motor spins really fast, but maybe it's slipping or something. Also, the pressure has dropped quite a bit.

Should be a cheap buy at the dealer. AC delco makes a great replacement also. Maybe the motor is touching and vibrating the reservoir making a louder than normal noise and causing it to vibrate out of its grommet? Just a thought
