Just finished up a h/c/i install on my 98 C5. Started right up and ran on its own for awhile. Went back out to it started it and could see the pass fron wire arcing really bad and the car died before i could shut it off. Now it wont start at all, the fuel pump kicks on and the motor turns over fine but it wont start.
I checked the max fuses in the car and they looked good.


I went to LS6 heads and didnt have the right coil packs so i ust bolted them up real quick, now their setup to where they wont arc but still no start.

mine did the tuning over and fuel pump worked but my pcm had gone out, but the arcing didnt happen to me if possible try another pcm just to see.

I swapped relays and it fired right up. Gonna go buy one tomorow and hope thats all it was.
Is it possible for an arc'ing coil to burn up a relay? I figured it would pop a fuse not a relay.
