Strange clunking noise This started a few days ago and really has been driving me crazy. I've been getting a banging/ clunking noise from under the floorboard, in front of my feet I think. Usually only starts at low RPM's and low speeds when I'm idling through a neighborhood or something. Somtimes accelerating slowly causes it to bang very quickly. I don't think its the Tranny or torque arm mounts as it happens very quickly, sounds like a damn machine gun under the car. I can feel it in the accelerator pedal, any ideas?
