Default Gas gauge problem?

Gas gauge was a little over 3/4, i start the car and now it seems pinned at full when the car is running, i have 50miles in this tank and it is not moving, is something stuck in the tank maybe? It should be a tick over 3/4 by now. Should I give it some time? (doesn't seem normal)

I'd give it some time, when you get to where you think it should be about half full top it off and see what happens.

Sounds like your fuel sending unit is going out. Same thing happened in my Camaro. Bad thing is you can just get the sending unit by itself. You have to purchase a fuel pump assembly as a whole. At least that what what I was told when I was calling GM dealers from the shop. Wholesale was around $300 so if you work at a shop or know someone who can order parts see if they can order you one. If not it can be up to $600.

Mine stays past full until 100 miles. Then during another 100 miles it goes to half. Then the last is from half to empty.
