Default surges around 4500 rpms

I just got my car back from outlaw. (had a spun bearing)

I have about 150 miles on the motor. I was merging earlier and had to get it to 4500rpms and i noticed it "reved" until about 5000rpms b4 it shifted.

I didn't have this problem before the car went to the shop.

any ideas?

eric thats what I was gonna ask you before. I got you text, but I was at work and for some reason it was really busy and I just couldn't get away from my desk to call you back. mine did the same thing when it was about a quart down on trans sauce.
