Seafoamed the Bird and Truck
I decided it was warm enough to get some maintenance done of the car. I started off changing my fuel filter, and that itself was robbing me of some MPG. I couldnt even blow through it. After that I seafoamed the top end. I didnt get a whole bunch of carbon coming out during the procedure, but during the drive after I was polluting the road. I noticed the car idles a bit better and after I get it back from the paint shop Ill see how many MPG I pick up.
After doing my car I decided to do the work truck which is a 94 Sierra that has never had a top end clean. Its has 210K miles so far. That poured so much smoke out I couldnt see the neighbors across the street. Hopefully Ill be able to get some better mileage out of the truck as well. Overall, this is a simple, inexpensive procedure I plan on doing regularly now to my vehicles and those of my family.
