86 auto tpi vette won´t start

86 auto tpi vette won´t start got the new batery in ,the computer shows 11.5 to 11.8 voltage
I turn the key.... and it only clicks....tik...nothing else....all electrical interior parts work normaly
what can this be .... ??? thanks for yr any help in advance !!!

When you turn the Key to "IGNITION" like to start it. Do the dash lights kick out. even if not check the starter wires. See if you have voltage there. then check your fusable links. Oh Right . . . How about that fuse?
