Default 02 trans am rattling problem from exhaust?

Normal idle and about up to 40mph i will here this clicking sound. Sounds like its coming from the engine like a bad lifter or something. I did some research and some post on here say its my cat or a heat shield? But it def can't be my lifter cuz i properly change the oil in it and make sure theres enough. Hopefully its the CAT because its a free fix 100,000 mille warranty.

i'm in denial please help. lol

Oh and it doesn't do it WOT.

A bad CAT is more of a rattle sound. A steady clicking is not the cat.
