Just wondering how many ft lbs of toque will be needed for lug nuts do I need a torque wrench or can I do it by hand?

Stock alloys are 100 lb. ft. If you have aftermarket wheels, ask the manufacturer, but it should not be too far from that. And YES, ALWAYS use a good, accurate torque wrench, tightening in a "star" pattern, to install your wheels!!

Yeah 'by hand' is for roadside emergencies only.
