its VERY easy, and i'm no mechanic...that shbox is very good at explaining how to do it...i could do it in probably 30 minutes now,1st time took about an hour...the hardest part is finding where the rivets are to drill the holes to get em out and then actually disconnecting the window motor, its hard to get to. I purchased the actual motor here http://www.innerauto.com/store/produ...otor&catalog=p It took about a week to get it and came with the everything you need.

It's easy, you can do it just take your time. My advice is get a motor locally with a lifetime warranty. Also, I printed out shoebox's pic where it shows the rivet locations and brought it out to the car, put it up against the door and it was really close.

Thanks guys. Its all done. It is rather easy. I agree on the hole drilling part. Not hard but I have a couple oblong holes
