Car started to surge today. No SE lights. The car started to surge today under part throttle, but i have no SE lights comming on. Could it be my O2's? Thanks

Replaced the O2's. Problem still there. The car cuts up as soon as you floor it, then its smooths out as the RPMs get up around 1500. Have new O2's, fresh NGK tr6 plugs, cleaned the TB, cleaned the IAC, and the Air filter. The plug wires look good. I will check the coil wire and replace the coil with my spare one and hope for the best. Any ideas?
