ok so my poer antenna on my ta ihasnt been working for a while and im suck of it being in the up position...whhats the labor like on fixing it to where it is in the down position instead? im sick of it being up....

Can't you just push it down to where you want it? Your radio reception might suffer, though. Just buy a replacement antennae for a $100 and replace it yourself. You'd end up spending about a $100 for a professional to do the work anyway...
