Default Air Conditioning problems after lots of wet driving

I drove through a bunch of big puddles the other day (may be relevant) but ever since, my ac has been making a low rumbling noise, even when the engine is running and just the fan is on.

Also, I don't think the fan blows as hard as it did.

The air comes out cool and everything. Just the noise and not as strong a wind makes me think its the fan (there is a fan, right?)

What do you think the problem is?

Is the fan easy/chep to replace?

Thanks

By fan you mean the blower motor pushing air through the vents? If that's the issue it would happen in all modes. If it's only when the AC is on maybe the evaporator is icing up. I've had leaves in mine making noise before, easy to check. Just disconnect the motor connection, remove 3 screws and the motor/blower cage pulls right out.
