Pop Up Head Lights on the driver side,my head light wial it is down is just a little higher than the other one. is there any way to ajust them were they will line up

there is an adjustable **** that alows you to manually turn the light gear up and down . locate by when you pop the hood look above the light and there is a circular rubber boot that you remove and underneath is a **** that you just start turning .
