Default Power steering pump and LT's w/ cats

Just bought a '00 NBM WS6 and there a couple things wrong with it.... first it needs the brass headlight gear, but I have a guide for that. Next, the power steering pump is leaking all over..

Finally, the big issue that I'm mainly concerned with. The car came with SLP Longtubes on it... but in Missouri, to pass saftey inspection, you must have cats on it... my friend told me that I couldn't put cats on it if I had LTs on.... any solutions? Can the cats go on after the LTs?

Please help me out... seems like a waste to have to take them off.

With long tubes you are pushing the cats further back and any movement to the cats (forward or back) is a violation of emssions. Sorry man, I live in nebrasaka so I don't need to worry.

The reason is b/c you are altering the location of a emssions control device which are your cats, stock they are ment to be in their original spots, but with long tubes they are now moved.
