Default Only Hi Beams Work?

I have a 99 Firebird and for some reason only the hi beams work. The fog lights or regular lights don't turn on. The switch is working fine because the lights raise and lower. I am really stumped
Thanks in advance for your help guys!

Or all the bulbs burned out? Silly sounding I know but my bro thought his fogs on his car were bad until he decided to try a new set of bulbs lol.

I am going to try a new bulb as soon as I can get to the store. The funny thing is though that both of them and, the fog lights went out all at the same time. As far as the fuse I assumed the headlights (Hi and low) beams were all on the same fuse. Will definatly need to go take a look at that thxs

I was having that problem a while back so I took it to a local electrical shop and it ended up being not enough ground. the guy just hooked up a little wire, therefore, adding a better ground and WALA! cost me $20

Which means that there is a broken ground somewhere that was not fixed.
