Default dailey driver - bad noise

My fathers 99 pontiac bonneville is making some strange noises (has been for about a month)

It sounds very much like driving a full size truck with super aggressive mud tires. The noise starts happening at about 20mph and gets louder as you go faster. It seems to be a little bet less noisy when making right hand turns at higher speeds. Slow speed turns with the wheels lock to lock show no signs of clicking(checking c-v joints)

We put the car on stands and removed both front tires, and both front brake assemblies (calipers and rotors) Ran the motor up to about 40mph and the noise was still there, so it is not the brakes.

When the car was on stands the sound seems to be coming from the passenger side, but more towards the middle of the car, possibly inner half shaft bearing?

We are bringing the car in next week (dont really have the time to lay it up and try to do it ourselfs) and i would just like to hear what some of your opinions are about what it could be

thanks
