Default Persistant Vibration

I still have a vibration when accelerating. Thought it was the driver side motor mount and I replaced it. Then I thought it could be wheel balance. That was not either. I cannot tell where but it has to be a header touching either the floorboard or Crossmember. Has anyone had this problem after installing longtubes on their LT1. One more thing that has come up recently. Engine makes clicking or tapping sound at cold start. When car warms up it goes away. Could this be a rocker or valve? About the vibration. Even when, I am up to speed and let up on the accelerator the vibration worsens. Maybe driveshaft. Why would the vibration feel like it is underneath my feet by the pedals????????
