Default radiator cracked, help!

I parked my car today and saw a little puddle of coolant. So i popped my hood and saw a little crack underneath the radiator cap smoking..Now i heard the jb weld does not work so i bought PERMAOXY 'plastic weld'..Do you think it will hold it?

(its not the actual radiator that cracked, just the plastic around it)

If you find a body shop that has a adhesive product called "FUSER", if you remove the radiator and clean the area inside and out of coolant, and apply that to it, and let it set the night, it should work wonders...
