Default rack and pinion 911 please help

I took my 2000 camaro ss in and found that i needed to replace my rack and pinion due to heavy leaking and also my outter tie rods. Is there any major problems i may run into when doing it and is there certain cables to Unplug because i heard you air bag lights might come on if you dont do it right.

Default

You need to lock the steering wheel when you do it (remove key turn wheel until it locks) to prohibit the wheel from turning and potentially damaging the clockspring (since the steering shaft will be removed).

That's all though.
