window switch swap Q's???

window switch swap Q's??? my window only lowers about 1/4 inch at a time. is that the switch or motor? also, i have a brand new camaro window switch, but will that work on the TA??? i know they're different part numbers, but im guessing its just a visual difference. anyone got help on this??? the damn search doesnt work, im at work.
