Default I Need Help Asap!

Ok installed my pacesettter headers and ory pipe. OK well i didnt hook up rear sensor in my exhaust. Just to let you knwo right off the bad. It sounds like there is a leak but my temperature isnt working. I drove it from my friends house to my house and nothing was smoking or red so maybe that a plus. The only thing i cant think of is maybe i didnt get a good seal on the air tubes or the gasket for the manifolds. I havent had a chance to run codes yet but if anybody has input please help me.

Make sure you plugged the temperature sensor back in after install. As for the leak, recheck gaskets fit and bolts.

Good luck.

I'm not sure the exact engine you just made these mods on - member name vs picture in avatar. lol In any event, the temperature sensor is usually threaded into a coolant passage in the intake manifold, so look for an unplugged sensor connector that comes from that area. Hopefully that helps.

Oh and there is a difference between the gauge not working and it running hot. One will be more to do with the IAT and the other is for coolant. Could be a combo of both.
