Default Valve Cover Crossover Hose

Greetings folks.

I have been tracing an oil leak for about a week now.
Oil ends up on the passenger side of the oil pan, all over the starter.

I have read some suggestions from previous posts about leakage from the intake manifold rear passenger side.
I felt around that area, and located a broken hose.

This is the crossover hose that connects both driver and passenger side valve covers.
I believe it had some sort of plastic piece to connect the 2 hoses together in the rear area of the manifold, and this piece has melted and now the hose is broken.

I was wondering if anyone has a part number to replace the whole hose assembly, or maybe a better quality aftermarket replacement?

Any input is greatly appreciated.

Thanks all.

Are you talking about the Crankcase Ventilation hose? It is a hose the plugs into the side of the Throttle Body, and into the top of the Valve Cover. On mine, this hose just completely fell apart. While waiting on the replacement part to arrive i could smell oil. I put in the new hose and all was good. I got the part at the dealership, i think it was like $16.
BTW this was on my 97 LT1, dont know if it is different for ls1s.
