water pump.? huge intercooler obstructing the radiator? thermo stuck closed? old nasty coolant?

I don't think it's head gaskets if you have no coolant loss and no coolant in the oil. Sounds more like something either blocking air flow to the radiator or air in the cooling system.

Well the huge intercooler is mounted under the car, I think We got it figured out. Thanks
