Default Dim headlights and brights (with brights off) 98TA

I did a couple searches, and didn't find anything.

I noticed tonight that when I turn my lights on normally (IE no brights), all fours lights come on.

I get dim light from both the brights (which should be off) The passenger headlight is normal, but the driver's side is dim too.

Is this a dying/dead bulb? It seems a bit odd. (Just started tonight)

I am praying this is not an electrical gremlin. I hate gremlins.

Its a bad headlight ground. Check the ground wires beside the headlights, tighten them up/clean them up.

Thanks. Gonna go check the grounds now.

Edit: Resolved
Headlight grounds are clean and firm.

The connector clip loosened itself on one end. They're alright now. I'll see if I can find some dialectric grease to drop in there to prevent corrosion too.
