Well another thing I hate about this city of New Orleans its to damn low for fbodys. Well among the couple floods a year we have here. My horn got flooded out so it just makes a graggling sound when I hit it or it more sounds like a dieing seal. Well to the point I need a new one my inspection sticker expires next month and you need a working horn to pass it. I need some input please. Thanks

usually our cars are so loud they hear them anyways.. I just get next to them and let the cutout do the talking rofl..
