Default Got a P0174 code, WTF could cause this?

It says the bank 2 system is too lean. I disconnected the left side O2 sensor when I bled the clutch a couple weeks ago but I plugged it back up. The SES light went off then popped on about three days ago but I can't figure out what would cause the car to run lean on the right side. Any suggestions? From what I can tell it says I may have a misfire, fuel injector problem or MAF fault. The car seems to run fine, maybe a little rough but not bad.

i had the same problem except mine was bank 1 and it turned out it was a defective 02 sensor! try to unplug one of the rears and put it in place of the messed up o2 and see if that fixes it! all the o2 sesnors can be interchangable!

Also check the pcv pipe for collapsed fittings.
