Default Replacing Power Window Motor

ok so my power window motor in the 02 Z has finnaly crapped out. I am a tech for a saturn dealer so i know what i got to do. Just want to know if there are any usefull tricks to help the job out. Thanx

-get a small mirror, like what dentists use, to pinpoint exactly where the rivets are.
-drill a small pilot hole through the door metal and take a peek on the other end to make sure you got the hole in the right place.
-make a bigger hole so you got more room to work with.
-drill rivet out
-repeat 2 more times for remaining rivets

dont forget about placing a small piece of wood between the bottom of the door and the glass so id doesnt smash.

Just had mine replaced yesterday at a mechanic. My driver side has been slower since I bought it two and a half years ago, and it finally stopping raising the glass all the way up about a week ago. It's amazing how fast it goes up now.
