Default will a big cam cause valvetrain noise???

The biggest cam I have ever had in a camaro is an SLP hot cam, my new car has the Futrul f14, the question is will this cam make a little extra noise? I know ls1 have the metallic lifter tic sound anyways, I just want to make sure.

Yes you can get added valvetrain noise from some setups.

Mine's got a little sewing machine sound to it. Nowhere near as bad as some people's that I've heard though.

yeah that is what mine sounds like too. I had a spun bearing in my last car and holy **** was that an expensive day, I just don't want to have that happen again.
