Default Power steering leak

My car has a drip on the line coming from the ps pump right where it meets the rack, where the rubber meets metal. The boots coming off the rack have fluid on them. No fluid drips on the floor and I'm not low in the reservoir.

Is this the high pressure line or return line? I'd like to replace it. May try lucas steering stop leak too.

Is my rack OK?

Yes, just used a turkey baster to remove the old fluid then put in 12 oz of lucas stop leak for power steering, $8.00.

the lucas stuff works good, but as for the boots on the rack being a little oily, mine are the same! do u do auto cross racing? if so do u have a aftermarket power steering cooler?
