Default lug nut stuck on stud and spins!!!

well brand new lug nuts and brand new studs form auto zone. I go to tighten it and it starts to strip so try to use it on a dif stud. it goes on all the way and then when im tightening it it starts to slip. so me being pissed off i try to impact gun it off and then it starts to spin freely but somehting is holding it on there. any ideas of how to get this off? I have been yanking at my wheel and have already scratched the paint on my rims. getting really pissed because these were brand new lugs and studs

had this happen on my 12 bolt. Luckly i didn't put the brake dust shield back on when i swapped the 12 bolt in, so it was real easy for me to weld the back of the stud to the axle. the stud ended up snapping when i backed it off. then i just broke the tack weld.

ya i got it now. it wasnt my actual stud spinning (i should hav been more clear) it was the lug stripped out. really pisses me off that something like putting a tire back on can turn into an all day job
