Exclamation Inspection Tomorrow -Coolant Hose Leaking Tonight

So one of my coolant hoses is leaking. It's starting to get pretty bad. I have no idea what it's called though. It runs from my thermostat area and up to a metal "T" where there seems to be a pressure valve. The "|" of the "T" runs somewhere unknown towards the radiator somewhat. The other side of the "_" of the "T" runs down past the battery and appears to head towards the heater core where it changes back into a metal line.

Any idea's what this thing is called? Where I can get it? And how much am I looking at spending? Or is there an easier fix than obtaining the OE replacement parts.

I am having the vehicle inspected tomorrow so I kind of need to have this fixed TONIGHT!

EDIT:

Fixed (Cell phone photo sorry):

It's leaking exactly where the finger is pointing at that metal/rubber end.

You could probably cut the crimp connector and clamp it till you can get the hose replaced.

Anyone have an idea what the inner diameter is of both the hoses on that "T" connector? I am going to bypass the metal piece that's there now with a plastic "T" piece and new hose. I can't cut it first to find out the sizes 'cause I only have 1 vehicle to use (I'm in Jersey right now at the shore).
