Default misfire

when i'm driving occasionally I will get a misfire code on cylinder 7 as well as saying that my bank 1 o2 sensor is reading low voltage, scan attached. could this be due to my oxygen sensor being bad or what else possibly?

I would guess injector problem. That is why you would have lean and misfire at the same time. Just a guess without being able to watch injector ontime and all that.

I replaced that injector that it was misfiring on, it ran great for a while then it all started again. Both oxygen sensors were functioning great right after I put the new injector in as well. It only cuts out part of the time, and its usually only from 1500 to 2500 rpm and if I go much higher it usually smooths out and runs fine. Any other suggestions?

I'm getting a couple ses lights with it now besides the U codes. P1031 low voltage bank 1 sensor 1 and P1051 low voltage bank 2 sensor 1 but usually I only get the P1031. Would this mean the sensors could be bad or what?

today I drove around for an hour or an hour and a half with no problems, then all of a sudden it began sputtering, missing and dumping black smoke out. Occasionally the o2's read very low or 0 and other times they read fine. The cutting out happens on and off sometimes only 3 seconds on 3 off and others for longer times. I'm thinking it could be a bad electrical connection but I have no idea where to start to look for that. Also because sometimes only one o2 sensor doesn't work and some other times both work or both don't work. Any ideas?
