clunking noise 99 camaro z28 has a clunking noise when you put it in drive or park and when you come to a stop and the tranny kicks down from 2nd to 1rst it makes a quick sorta like a mix of a clunk and a grind. any clue as to where to start with or what this issue could be?

more then likely the arm bushing.. mine is bad and thats wat mine is doing as well.. idk bout the grid tho, mine just jerks and pops on the kickdown comeing to a stop mainly
