Question One question about seafoam?

I couldnt find the deep creep but will be doing the other parts, adding to oil and pouring it into the brake booster. I completely under stand all of it except one part. I am gonna run it for about 100 miles in the oil and then change it. My question is can I drive it normally and build up the 100 miles over the week or should I go drive 100 miles and come back and change it?
