Default Turn signal: need help ASAP

So, my driver side signal worked fine yesterday morning. Last night when I went to put it on, the arrow in my cluster just stayed solid, so I got out and checked and just my back one was on. I pulled out the bulb in front, looked fine but went and got a new one anyways, put it in and it still doesn't work. It lights up when I turn the parking lights on, but it doesn't flash or light up when I put the left signal on. Any ideas?

Edit: When I left work this morning, it worked when I went to flip it on and then when I went to use it again, it didn't.

The signal bulbs are dual filament. Dim filament for Parking, bright filament for signal. One filament can go out with the other still working.

Check out this sticky for diagnostics:

Check the socket for any corrosion.
