Ok, so my optima red top went dead while my car was in my garage for a few months (alarm system drain?) and I decided to buy a DELTRAN battery tender, when I went to hook it up today; you can either hook it up via alligator clips or bolt it down with the supplied terminals on the cable that came with the unit, only issue is the terminals are too small to go under a gm side post battery bolt so how do you guys hook yours up and do you leave it on the tender all the time when your car is not in use with no issues?
