Stage 3 means biggest ports and valve sizes, usually best for big displacement motors or race setups.

Most people on the street will do much better with the first two stages:
- stage 1, usually means CNC ported but stock valves
- stage 2, usually means CNC ported with slightly larger valves

oh ok, thanks. So something like a stage 2 or 2.5 would work fine......I want it to be a daily driver, and get around 450 hp
